Forms on this site send data to the society's email through Formspree. We do not sell them.
The controller is Sportancija Sports Recreation Society, Jarmina, dsr.sportancija@gmail.com.
What we collect. On a sports school application: the child’s name, year of birth, the parent’s name, phone, email and a note. On the contact form: name, email, topic and message.
Why. Only to organise activities and reply to an enquiry. The legal basis is consent and the society’s legitimate interest in running its programmes.
Where it goes. The form is sent through Formspree (formspree.io) to dsr.sportancija@gmail.com. Formspree keeps the submission in order to deliver it and to filter spam. This site does not use third-party advertising or analytics.
How long we keep it. For as long as the programme the application relates to is running, and for at most one year after that cycle ends, unless the law requires longer.
Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at the same email address. You can withdraw consent at any time. A parent or guardian submits a child’s sports school application. We use photographs from public events on the web and on social media when photography is usual.
